Toronto Israeli Tech Group events are organized and operated by BW Limited, an Ontario corporation ("we," "us," or "the Organizer"). By registering for or attending any event hosted by the Toronto Israeli Tech Group, you agree to the following terms.

 

Assumption of Risk

Attendance at our events is voluntary. By attending, you acknowledge that participation involves certain risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, property damage, or exposure to communicable diseases. You assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, and accept full responsibility for your participation.

 

Waiver and Release of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and discharge BW Limited, its directors, officers, organizers, volunteers, sponsors, speakers, and venue hosts from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your attendance at or participation in any event, regardless of cause, including negligence.

Food and Beverages

Food and beverages may be served at our events. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, you are responsible for making your own assessment of the suitability of any food or drink provided. We do not guarantee that any food or beverage is free from allergens.

Venue

Events are held at third-party venues. We are not responsible for the condition, safety, or security of any venue. Any concerns about the venue should be directed to venue management.

 

Photography and Media

By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These images may be used by the Toronto Israeli Tech Group for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and other materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the organizer at the event.

Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a welcoming and respectful environment. We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate, without refund or recourse.

Cancellation and Changes

We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any event at any time. In the event of cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BW Limited and its directors, officers, organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and venue hosts shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your attendance at any event.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
