Join us on Wednesday, September 14th as we welcome Yossi Boker. Yossi, heads the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) operation in Israel, and will discuss the opportunities to fund Israeli-associated ventures by listing on the TSX/V.
Yossi’s business career spans more than thirty years, during which time he held senior executive and board member positions in Israeli tech companies. Among all, Yossi has founded RED-C Optical Networks Inc. in 2000 and has run the company until it was acquired in 2012 by the US Finisar Corp (previously NASDAQ:FNSR) for US$45M.
During his time as the TSX/V representative to Israel, the TSXV has built its presence in Israel and has established its unique offering as a valuable public funding arena for Israeli growth ventures, resulting with close to 15 Israeli issuers on the TSXV.
