About the event
We’re super excited to announce our next speaker series event featuring Leah Carr of Koru and Gonen Hollander of Obsiido.
Leah Carr is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in fintech and banking. Throughout her career, Leah has spent time at Coinsquare, Canada’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, where she was the ninth employee and first senior hire in 2017. Leah launched two business lines and helped grow the team from a handful to 200 employees within a year.
In 2019, Leah joined the Bank of Montreal as the Managing Director of Digital Banking. She scaled her team from 250 to 400 people in six months to meet the demands of the COVID-19 pandemic, gaining expertise in workforce development, talent retention, and skill development.
Leah has also served as the CEO tilr, a skills-first talent solution company that helps HR leaders measure and manage team skills and make data-driven talent decisions.
